The government will fully reimburse the cost of contract-based education for veterans’ children in the 2026/2027 academic year
The government has extended the program to fully reimburse the cost of contract-based education for the children of male and female veterans during the 2026/2027 academic year. This support will apply to students at vocational and higher education institutions.
To receive compensation, a student must contact their educational institution and submit the necessary documents. Once these documents are processed in the Diya app, a certificate will be generated, which must be confirmed within 20 calendar days.
The Ministry of Veterans’ Affairs will transfer the funds directly to the educational institution. If a student has already paid for their tuition in full or in part, the institution must refund the amount paid.
The government emphasizes that support for veterans and their families remains one of the priorities of state policy, even amid limited financial resources.
