Ukrainian defense industry enterprises have received 162 preferential loans totaling 9.8 billion hryvnias as part of a state support program implemented by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The preferential lending program provides manufacturers with the opportunity to attract additional financial resources:

up to 500 million hryvnias for a term of up to 5 years — for investment purposes;

up to 100 million hryvnias for a term of up to 3 years — to replenish working capital.

The funds may be used for the development, manufacture, repair, modernization, and disposal of weapons, military and specialized equipment, ammunition, and their components.
