The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense continues to develop “light” air defense capabilities to protect military personnel and civilians from enemy UAV attacks.

One of the new solutions is a Ukrainian AI-powered turret developed by Brave1, a member of the defense innovation cluster, which has already seen combat use. The system autonomously detects and tracks drones, calculates their trajectory, and the operator confirms the hit with a single click.

It is particularly important that the technology is capable of protecting our military personnel even from fiber-optic drones that are immune to electronic warfare.
