The tender commission has officially launched the competitive dialogue procedure as part of the concession tender for the first (general-purpose) and container terminals at the Port of Chornomorsk.

At this stage, the government provides participants with the key terms of the concession, and potential investors have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the assets in detail, conduct their own analysis and research, evaluate the project’s technical, financial, and operational characteristics, and submit their proposals and comments. All participants have already signed non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and received access to the necessary materials.
