Authenticity is not a marketing concept. It’s a choice you make every day.

Ottoman isn’t an “adapted” version of Turkish cuisine.

It’s a restaurant built around authentic Turkish ingredients, traditional recipes, and real cooking techniques.

A wood-fired oven.

A tandoor.

An open grill.

Everything is prepared in full view of the guests — without shortcuts, without compromises.

But what truly defines Ottoman is its people.

The chefs are from Turkey. And not a single one of them left Ukraine after February 24, 2022.

They stayed.

They continued cooking.

In a time when uncertainty changed the hospitality industry forever, preserving culture, quality, and team spirit became an act of resilience.

Some restaurants serve food.

Others preserve identity.
